Sophia started her healthcare career here in Boston at Partners Healthcare System, where she held a myriad of leadership positions, primarily supporting the Brigham and Women’s Faulkner entities. She relocated to Vermont where she served for six years as the Vice-President for Finance at the University of Vermont Medical Center, before returning home to Boston in her current position.
Sophia has a Bachelor’s of Arts degree in Psychology, a Minor in Business Administration, with an additional major in Accounting. She passed all parts of the Uniform CPA exam, while working at Coopers and Lybrand Boston. Sophia is married to her high school sweetheart, Charles and has one child, a son, Charles Jr., with two adorable and loving Yorkshire Terriers (Buddy and Tobee) rounding out the Holder household.
