Some of the benefit plans are provided at no cost to you, for others you pay some (or all) of the cost at attractive group rates through payroll deduction. Benefits are available to all regular employees working at least 20 hours per week. New hires are eligible for Boston Children’s benefits within the first month of your employment. You are eligible for most benefits on your date of hire.
